Ingredients
- 4 and 1/2 cups (14 ounces) soy flour
- 2 cups (7 ounces) tapioca flour
- 2 cups (14 ounces) potato flour
- 2 and 1/4 cups (10 and 1/2 ounces) cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the flours together very thoroughly, or put in a food processor and pulse until mixed. Store in an airtight container.
