Gluten Free Flour Mix A

Good for cookies and cakes.

Ingredients

  • 5 and 1/4 cups fine white rice flour
  • 1 cup (7 ounces) potato flour
  • 1 cup (3 and 1/2 ounces) tapioca flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the flours together very thoroughly, or put in a food processor and pulse until mixed. Store in an airtight container.
