Gluten Free Flour Mix A
Good for cookies and cakes.

- 5 and 1/4 cups fine white rice flour
- 1 cup (7 ounces) potato flour
- 1 cup (3 and 1/2 ounces) tapioca flour
Mix all the flours together very thoroughly, or put in a food processor and pulse until mixed. Store in an airtight container.
