Ingredients
- 3 large baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1-2 tsp. Mural of Flavor, to taste
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. of ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and divided
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray an 8 or 9 inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Lay 1/3 of the potatoes in the pie plate in a circular fashion overlapping each other. Sprinkle Mural of Flavor, pepper, and salt if using over the potatoes. Pour 1/3 of the melted butter over the potatoes. Repeat the layers 2 more times. Cover the pie plate with foil. Bake at 450 for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake until lightly browned (another 10 minutes or so). Loosen the edges of the potatoes in the pie plate with a knife. Turn pie plate onto a serving plate. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
