Brie with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

You can use any size round of Brie – adjust the ingredients to fit the “round”.

Ingredients

  • 7 1/2 oz/235 g round of Brie
  • 4 oz/ 125 g Sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and finely chopped (or “dry-packed” ones that have been soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes, drained and finely chopped)
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Score the top of the cheese and place in Brie Baker. In a bowl, mix the sun-dried tomatoes and garlic; pile generously on cheese. Sprinkle with parsley.
Heat in a 350oF oven until cheese begins to melt. Serve with bagel chips or crackers.
