  • 1 TBSP SUGAR
  • 1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK
  • 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 1 TBSP OIL
  • 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 1/2 CUP APPLESAUCE
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1 CUP FLOUR
  • CINNAMON & VANILLA

Preparation

Step 1

BEAT EGG.

ADD EVERYTHING ELSE IN ORDER.

BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH WITH WHISK.

GREASE GRIDDLE.

POUR BATTER ONTO HOT GRIDDLE.

FLIP PANCAKES AS SOON AS THEY ARE PUFFED AND FULL OF BUBBLES BUT BEFORE BUBBLES BREAK.

COOK UNTIL SET.
