Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 12 oz. bottle of beer
- 3/4 to 1 cup flour

Step 1
Stir eggs slightly to break yolks. Add beer and salt (gently). Add flour, keeping it lumpy. Flour and season fish and then dip fish into batter. Drop into hot fat.
I also use this recipe for chicken. 1/2 of this recipe is enough for an average sized fryer.
