Ingredients
- Can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 6-7 oz tuna
- 10 oz frozen broccoli, defrosted
- 1 +1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sm can French fried onion rings
- chopped tomatoes
- flour tortillas
Preparation
Step 1
Mix soup and milk, set aside
Mix tuna, 1 cup of cheese, ½ can onion rings, and broccoli.
Stir in ¾ soup mixture
Put 2 tbsp of mixture into each tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in greased pyrex dish
Pour remaining soup over. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Remove cover. Top with remaining cheese, onions, and tomatoes.
Bake uncovered until cheese melts – about 5 minutes
