Ingredients
- 1 c. mayo
- 1/2 c. crema (mexican sour cream)
- 1/2 sm can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- salt
- lime juice
- tortillas
- shrimp
- parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Oil both sides of the tortilla and sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese, fry both sides till cheese sticks and lightly golden. Add mayo, crema, chipotle peppers, and salt to frying pan. Saute till warm and bubbly. Toss in shrimp. Prepare each tortilla with shrimp in sauce, sprinkle lime juice on top.
