Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 4 eggs
  • 3-1/2 cups pumpkin (large can)
  • 3 cups (2 cans) evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine everything in a bowl except for the evaporated milk. Mix well. Add milk. Mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 15, turn heat down and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
