Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup minute tapioca
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbl lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Mix fruit, tapioca, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Let stand 15 minutes. Fill pie crust. Bake at 400 for 45 to 50 minutes
