Biscuits and Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) Can Cream of Chicken or Mushroom Soup
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Pkg. Refrigerated Biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 8 cup casserole dish. Brown the beef with the onions in a large skillet over medium heat, about 10 minutes. Drain the grease. Combine the cream cheese, soup, milk, salt and ketchup in a medium bowl. Stir to blend. Add the ground beef and stir well. Spoon into the prepared dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Place the biscuits on top. Return to oven and bake until the biscuits are browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
