Sausage Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2-1 lb sausage
  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400.
Cook sausage
Unroll crescent dough-spread in 9x13 pan-press seams together, make 1 large sheet.
Spread sausage over dough.
Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
In a medium bowl-whisk eggs and milk, salt and pepper, pour over casserole.
Bake at 400 for 15-20 min.
