Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 med sweet onion, diced
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 28 oz can peeled, diced toms or crushed
- 1 14oz can vege broth
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
In med pot over med heat-stir oil, onions and garlic until soft-3 mins. Add toms, broth and basil, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook gently for 10 mins stirring occasionally.
