  • 5 LARGE VALDELIA ONIONS, SLICED 1/8" THICK
  • 1 T BUTTER
  • 1/2 C CHICKEN BULLION
  • 1/4 C SOUR CREAM
  • PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 1/2 C CRUSHED TOWN HOUSE CRACKERS

Preparation

Step 1

SAUTE ONIONS IN BUTTER AND CHICKEN BOULLION.MIX IN SOUR CREAM. PUT HALF IN CASSEROLE DISH, TOP WITH PARMASEN CHEESE. THEN REST OF ONION S, TOP WITH MORE CHEESE. COVER TOP OF ONIONS WITH CRUSHED CRACKERS. BAKE IN 350* OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES.
