Ingredients
- 1 About 1 quart leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cheese, grated (optional)
- Flour
- Salt and pepper
- (IF IT SEEMS TOO DRY YOU CAN ADD MILK TO MIX, BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET TOO SOUPY)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine mashed potatoes, onion, egg and cheese(if you want to add cheese).
2. Shape into balls.
3. Roll in flour and flatten into patties.
4. Melt butter or use oil (I normally use oil) in frying pan and brown. 5. Salt and pepper to taste.
