Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small can (4 ounces) green chili, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar or Longhorn cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and salt the rice as directed on the package. Combine with the other ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake 30 - 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
