Ingredients
- 3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and seeded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and seed cucumber. Chop into small chunks and blend in a food processor until smooth. Add all other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
