Ingredients
- 2 containers (6 oz. each) plain yogurt, drained
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and grated
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp minced cilantro
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Top with plastic wrap; let stand 20 minutes. Serve
