Ingredients
- 2 large boneless salmon filets
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. vegetable or olive oil
- 2/3 c. low sodium soy sauce
- 2/3 c. bourbon
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate in plastic bag, or flat long pan (turning after an hour). Do not marinade longer than 2 hours. Discard marinade. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes and then broil 10-15 minutes. Drizzle with fresh lemon before serving.
