Ingredients
- 8 Cups plain bread croutons
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 stick butter
- 1 TB tamari (or soy sauce)
- 1/8 Tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 3/4 - 1 cup chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Saute celery and onions in butter on low- med heat until soft; add seasonings. Cool and mix with croutons, add chicken broth until it is moist enough to form a ball.
