Holiday Stuffing (Mrs Wittman)

Ingredients

  • 8 Cups plain bread croutons
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 TB tamari (or soy sauce)
  • 1/8 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 3/4 - 1 cup chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Saute celery and onions in butter on low- med heat until soft; add seasonings. Cool and mix with croutons, add chicken broth until it is moist enough to form a ball.
