Creamy Poblano Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 TBS butter
  • 1 lg onion
  • 2 Poblano peppers, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 8 skinless chicken breast halves, cut to bite size
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 (10 oz) can of chicken and mushroom soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in dutch oven. Add onion, pepper and garlic; saute 5 min.Add chicken, salt and pepper; cook, stirring often, 8-10 min or until chicken is done. Stir in soup and sour cream until smooth. Add cheese, and cock 7-8 min.
