Ingredients
- 3 TBS butter
- 1 lg onion
- 2 Poblano peppers, diced
- 3 garlic cloves
- 8 skinless chicken breast halves, cut to bite size
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 (10 oz) can of chicken and mushroom soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz sharp cheddar

Step 1
Melt butter in dutch oven. Add onion, pepper and garlic; saute 5 min.Add chicken, salt and pepper; cook, stirring often, 8-10 min or until chicken is done. Stir in soup and sour cream until smooth. Add cheese, and cock 7-8 min.
