Red Potatoe Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 red potatoes, boiled until done
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 (6 oz.) Durkee real French fried onions
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 c. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Make a thick white sauce of butter, flour and milk. Season with salt, pepper and Italian season. Dice or slice the potatoes into the cream sauce. Add the parsley and cook 7 minutes longer. Turn into well greased dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and French fried onions. Bake in moderate hot oven (375 degrees).
