Ingredients
- 2 lb, baking potatoes, peeled
- l lb. celery root, peeled
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cut potatoes and celery root into medium dice; cover with salted water in large pot. Bring to boil. Cook until tender, 20 min.; drain. In saucepan melt butter with cream. Return vegetables to large pot. Add cream mixture and nutmeg. Mash with potato masher; season with salt and pepper.
