Ingredients
- STEAM:
- 2 lbs. assorted red and white potatoes, halved (16 potatoes)
- Toss POTATOES IN:
- 2 T. unsalted butter, melted
- 2 T. finely chopped parsley
- 2 T. finely chopped chives
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Steam halved potato covered. over boiling water until fully cool about 15 minutes. Test potatoes for doneness using a skewer to avoid splitting them. Toss potatoes with melted butter, herbs, and until coated. Serve.
