SAUTEED BROCCOLI AND BOK CHOY

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 lb. broccoli, cut into spears
  • 2 lb. bok choy, trimmed and cleaned
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl combine first four ingredients. Heat oil over medium-high heat in large nonstick skillet. Add broccoli and stir-fry I min. Add bok choy and garlic; stir-fry 2-3 min. Stir broth mixture to dissolve cornstarch; combine with vegetables and continue cooking until sauce has thickened and vegetables are crisp. Season with pepper.
