Ingredients
- 6-8 young carrots
- 2 Tbs.unsalted butter,
- 1/2 cup water
- Pinch of salt C
- Grated nutmeg
- Chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Peel 6-8 young carrots and cut into thin, even slices. Put into a saucepan together with 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, 1/2 cup water and pinch of salt Cover and simmer over very low heat for 20-25 min. Liquid should be almost evaporated. Sprinkle with a little freshly grated nutmeg and chopped parsley. Serves 4.
