Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp toasted-ses~me oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1 lb. trimmed sugar snap peas, blanched
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender container combine soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, honey, garlic and hot sauce. With machine running slowly add sesame and vegetable oils. Pour into serving bowl and stir in scallions. Serve with sugar snap peas.
