- 1/2 C Coconut Milk or Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 C Ground Flaxseeds
- 1/2 C Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1/2 C Chopped Walnuts
- Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 C Berries (Optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk, flaxseeds, coconut flakes, and walnuts in a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Serve topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a few berries if desired.
