Ingredients
- Lemon Caper Sauce:
- 1 lb Veal for Scallopine
- 1/2 cup butter
- Juice of one Lemon
- 1 tbsp. capers drained
Preparation
Step 1
Veal:
Preheat grill. Brush with oil, cook veal scallops until no longer pink, about 2 minutes per side.
Lemon Caper Sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium high heat until just beginning to sizzle and brown. Quickly add lemon juice and capers. Pour over veal.
