- leftover lobster
- butter
- garlic
- corn from the cob
- white wine
- sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
First cook the corn and let it cool. Cut the kernels off the cob.
Saute some garlic in butter then add the corn so it is carmelized.
add white wine and cut up leftover lobster and stir till all warm.
add sea salt.
