Ingredients
- 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
- 8 ounces grape tomatoes, halved
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine black beans, tomatoes, mozzarella, onion and cilantro.
Mix together olive oil and lime juice and toss with bean mixture.
