Ingredients
- 6 - 8 peeled sweet potatoes
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup Karo Syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Clean, peel, and slice potatoes no larger than 1/4 inch thick. Cook in frying pan stirring often about 15 - 20 minutes or until potatoes are done. Put in casserole dish and top with mini marshmallows. Brown in oven and serve.
