Ingredients
- Butter Pie Crust
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 stick very cold butter (cut into squares and put in freezer 15 minutes before using)
- 1 quart strawberries (washed and well drained)
- Filling
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- few drops red food coloring
- dash of salt
- 2 tbsp strawberry jello
Preparation
Step 1
Cook filling until thick. Put whole strawberries in cooked pie crust. Pour filling over strawberries. Cool three hours or more. Top with cool whip and serve.
