Sausage Won-Ton Wrappers

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 cup shredded monterrey jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray. Cook sausage. Insert wontons into muffin pan to form small cups. Bake 5 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool and remove from pan. In a medium bowl, mix sausage, cheeses, and ranch. Fill the baked wrappers with mixture. Bake the filled wrappers 10 to 15 minutes, until the sausage mixture is bubbly and slightly brown. Watch closely so wrappers do not burn.
