Asparagus with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2" pieces
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbl vegetable oil
  • 3 c sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp each sugar and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In large skillet, saute asparagus and ginger in oil for 2 - 3 min. or until asparagus is crisp tender. Add the mushrooms, salt, sugar and pepper. Cook and stir 2 - 3 minutes longer or unti mushrooms are tender.
