Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsps (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsps all- purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 9 inch unbaked pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl combine melted butter, eggs , flour, sugar, coconut, and milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake until firm, about 45-60 minutes.
