Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chili powder (if you like some heat)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (15-oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into chunks
- 1/2 onion, cut into wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Combine chili powder, honey, soy sauce, white wine vinegar, garlic, and diced tomatoes in a bowl. Place breasts in foil-lined 7x11 inch baking dish. Place apple and onion pieces around chicken. Pour sauce over all. Bake 40 minutes.
