  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1 EGG
  • 2-4 T WATER

COMBINE FLOUR AND SALT. BEAT EGG LIGHTLY AND ADD; STIR IN WATER UNTIL YOU REACH YOUR DESIRED CONSISTENCY. THIN WILL MAKE A LIGHTER BATTER LIKE TEMPURA AND THICK WILL MAKE IT MORE LIKE A BREADING.
