Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or caramel chips
- 3 bananas,cut into 2" pieces
- 1/4 cup ground filberts or ground coconut
Preparation
Step 1
In a double boiler or a bowl set over a pot of hot water,melt the chips until soft. Stick a skewer into each banana and dip the end into the melted mixture.Dip into the filberts or coconut and place on lined baking sheet or plate. Place in the freezer and freeze for 3 hrs. Transfer to a ziplock bag and store for up to 2 months
