Ingredients
- 1 large can artichokes in water, drained very well
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Drain artichokes thoroughly by pressing against them to remove as much moisture as possible. Coarsely chop drained artichokes. Add mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese and mix well. Put dip in a greased pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
