Ingredients
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 7 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix 1/3 cup melted butter, 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce, 7 cloves garlic minced, and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Reserve 1/4 cup for basting later. Add 8 bone-in chicken thighs to remaining mixture, turn to coat. Place chicken on broiler pan, skin side down. Broil 4-6" from heat for 10-15 minutes on each side. Brush with reserved mixture during last 10 minutes. 4 servings.
