Spinach and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of excess moisture
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • Pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour into the pie shell.
Place the quiche on a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until the top is firm and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
