Hot Cocoa Cake

Very moist cake

Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 1/4 1/4 1 lb margarine 1 lb box powdered sugar
  • 3 3 1 T cocoa 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6 6 1 T milk 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter, cocoa and milk in pan. Bring to boil (stirring constantly). Stir in sugar, vanilla and nuts.

Immediately pour over hot cake still in baking pan as soon as it is removed from oven.
