Perogies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. flour
  • 1 egg
  • margarine the size of a walnut
  • med. cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup water (may not use all)
  • 1 cup milk (may not use all)

Preparation

Step 1

- mix together (will be very sticky)
- place in fridge x 1 hour
- roll mixture thin
- cut circles the size of a sealer jar
- fill with cheese and potato mixture
- use about a five lb. bag of pot. and 2 lb. cheese
