Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb butter, room temp
  • 1/2 cup Crisco
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs, room temp
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup whole milk, room temp
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, Crisco and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately with milk. Beat in extracts. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 350 for one hour.
