Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Stick Butter
  • 4 Tbs. Flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. Sugar
  • 2 Small Cans Evaporated Milk
  • 2 (16 oz.) Cans Cream Corn
  • 4 Eggs, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, salt and sugar. Cook until bubbly. Add milk and cook until thickened. You may prepare in advance up to this point. After guests arrive, stir in beaten eggs and pour into well-greased casserole. Place dish in of preheated water. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean. This will stay warm about 30 minutes.
