Roasted Garlic

  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.

Peel outer skins off and cut the top off of the pointed end.

Set on cookie sheet and drizzle a small amount of olive oil onto each head of garlic. Just enough so it soaks in and does not run off. Wait a couple of minutes and do it again.

Cover and roast 45 to 60 minutes, depending on how many you are roasting. (5= 45, 10 = 60)

Cook completely, cut skin around and remove each roasted clove with a fork.
