Ingredients

  • 4-5 # rolled rump roast
  • 2 lg cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 lb sliced onions
  • 1 bunch celery cut up
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 lg cans tomato sauce
  • 3 shakes worcestershire
  • 1 sm bottle ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 large can mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

-mix everything together
-cook 3-4 hours uncovered at 350 degrees in roasting pan
-when done cool and cut meat (skim fat off)
-reheat and serve on hard rolls
